What data we process, why we need it and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect
Name, email, password hash and settings; audit URLs, goals, audience, screenshots and results; amount, currency, status and Stripe references; pseudonymised anti-abuse signals; technical logs, IP and user agent. We do not store full card details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to deliver the service, comply with accounting law, secure the platform and prevent abuse. Optional analytics or marketing technologies activate only with consent.
4. Automated analysis and providers
Audits use an automated CRO/UX methodology and an OpenAI model. The score is an expert heuristic, not a measured conversion rate. We use infrastructure providers, Stripe and OpenAI only as needed. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and rights
Profiles and reports remain until account deletion; payment records for statutory periods; security logs for a limited operational period. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at support@88lab.eu.
6. Messages and security
We send service emails about registration, credits, audits and payments. We use access controls, encrypted connections and anti-abuse safeguards.
